Two program types. One process. Pricing that scales with your sites.
BioStori works at two levels — building visibility for an entire research program, or driving enrollment for a specific study. Both run on the same three-phase engagement model.
Institution Programs
Hospitals, academic medical centers, health systems, SMOs, and independent research sites.
Goal — Build awareness, trust, and visibility for the organization's overall clinical research program.
- Clinical research department overview
- Investigator and coordinator spotlights
- Patient education and research literacy
- Current enrollment opportunities across studies
- Behind-the-scenes research operations
- Study-specific content folded in as new trials open
Study-Specific Recruitment & Retention
Sponsors, CROs, and site networks running a defined protocol (or set of related protocols).
Goal — Increase awareness, engagement, and enrollment for a specific clinical trial.
- Study overview and eligibility education
- Study procedures and what to expect
- Investigator and coordinator introductions
- Participant FAQs and enrollment milestones
- Site-specific recruitment support
- Paid media amplification where it earns its place
Start with the sites. Build content with them. Stay with them through close-out.
Whether the program is institution-wide or study-specific, BioStori moves through the same three phases — engaging sites first, producing and managing content throughout, and delivering a clean close-out.
Start-Up
Engage the sites and set the foundation.
- Discovery and strategy with program leadership
- Identify and onboard participating sites
- Messaging alignment, asset sharing, and workflow planning
- Profiles, creative infrastructure, and content roadmap
Active
Produce content and manage the audience — continuously.
- Ongoing content production at each active site
- Publishing, community management, and engagement
- Patient intake and inquiry routing to study teams
- Optional paid media amplification per site
Close-Out
Wrap each site and the program cleanly.
- Final site-level reporting and review
- Asset and content archive delivery
- Final program reporting and transition meeting
A hybrid modular retainer that scales with your program.
BioStori pricing is built on a simple idea: program size is driven by the number of participating sites. Fees flex with that count across each phase — so a single-site pilot and a multi-site rollout use the same structure, just at different scale.
Detailed quotes are provided per engagement. Ad spend, travel, and project-related expenses are billed separately at cost.
Start-Up Phase
One-time program launch plus a per-site onboarding fee while sites are being engaged.
- Program launch — one-time, at project initiation
- Per-site onboarding — monthly, from outreach through first production
Active Phase
Ongoing program retainer plus per-site fees once production begins.
- Active program retainer — monthly base
- Per active site — monthly, starting at first production
- Per active site with paid media — additional monthly fee
- Each active site includes up to 8 edited content assets per month
Close-Out Phase
One-time fees that cover final reporting, archive delivery, and program transition.
- Per-site close-out — final site-level reporting and archive
- Program close-out — final campaign reporting and transition meeting
For Institution Programs, a site is an individual research department, service line, or research program. For Study-Specific Programs, a site is an individual participating clinical research site.
A site is in onboarding from initial outreach through its first production session. It becomes active on the day of that first production and stays active until close-out is complete.
